Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site work, ensuring quality standards for materials and subcontractor performance.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with factory teams, subcontractors, and draughtsmen to execute work as per approved drawings and measurements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations and maintain accurate records, including attendance, work orders, and daily progress reports.
• Oversee material deliveries and manage on-site stock.

Requirements

• Electrical installations (wiring, panels, load basics)
• Plumbing & drainage systems
• HVAC basics (air conditioning, ventilation)
• Fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants)
• Read MEP drawings (shop drawings, coordination drawings)
• Understand single line diagrams (SLD)
• Interpret BOQs and specifications
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (highly preferred)
