Site Supervisor (Building Construction | Renovation Woks) - Male

Role Summary

Mr. Fix (Dumeeqs Lanka Pvt. Limited) is a dynamic and rapidly growing leader in facility management, specializing in delivering integrated solutions for construction and engineering projects based in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all engineering and construction activities are executed according to company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct site inspections, manage resources, and maintain quality control.
• Ability to handle various renovation works sites with technical knowledge.
• Identify business opportunities for renovation work.
• Strong leadership, managing labourers and site supervisors.
• Prepare quotations for facility management (renovation work) if required.
• Deal with subcontractors and suppliers to get competitive prices.
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day technical operations of facility management projects.
• Motivate team members and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
• Valid motorbike riding license and Lightweight vehicle.

Requirements

• Qualified with a Technical college Certificate (NCT) or relevant Certificate from an accredited internationally recognized institution or equality Technical College / University.
• Minimum of 4 Years experience.
• Takes initiative and has good planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; displays original thinking and creativity.
• Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
• Applicants residences around Gampaha District will be given priority.
