STOREKEEPER (Construction)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain goods received notes, goods issued notes, goods transfer notes and all other documents related to the role.
- Handle daily issue of material and tools and ensuring tools are returned.
- Handling quotations and purchase orders
- Reconcile system stock balance with physical stock and reporting the same on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Generate inventory reports as and when required by the Management, using inventory management systems and relevant computer programs.
- Liaise with the Finance Department at the Head Office on a regular basis and generate inventory reports as and when required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a similar capacity.
- Logistics related qualification will be an added benefit.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems such as Sapro will be an added benefit.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer programs.
