Requirements/Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution; a Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Be below 40 years of age.
• Minimum 05 years of professional experience in Consumer Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to lead a team of professionals to derive expected outcomes.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala/Tamil.
