Warehouse Manager - Consumer Durables

Role Summary

Range Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka's leading distributors of premium consumer durables and electrical appliances, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and delivery fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the consumer durables warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Maintain optimum inventory accuracy through effective stock control and regular cycle counts.
• Plan and supervise the timely delivery of goods to dealers, showrooms, corporate customers, and project sites.
• Manage and monitor the company's fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring maximum utilization, preventive maintenance, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operating standards.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Prepare warehouse performance reports and recommend continuous process improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the consumer durables, electronics, or FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and fleet management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
