Content Creation Specialist

Role Summary

Established in 2022, the Company leads a diversified portfolio comprising tea exports, logistics, warehousing, food manufacturing, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the digital marketing calendar and coordinate tasks between designers, video editors, and the marketing head.
• Craft high converting scripts, captions, and short form copy that resonates with modern audiences.
• Lead the creation of social media Reels, either appearing on camera as talent or directing behind the scenes.
• Research emerging trends, audio, and competitor moves, translating them into actionable ideas for the team.
• Ensure content is delivered on time, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor content performance and lead brainstorming sessions to pivot strategies based on data.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation with a background (or strong interest) in team coordination or project management.
• Exceptional verbal and written English; must be a storyteller who can also write a professional project brief.
• Natural ability to present, act, or host videos with high energy and relatability.
• Expert level understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, and community management.
• Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) to optimize workflows and generate concepts rapidly.
• Organized, fast paced, and able to give constructive feedback to other creative team members.
