Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Designer to work directly with the company and independently to create social media content for a European wellness startup.

Key Responsibilities

Create content: Develop tangible assets and ideas for social media.
Static ads: High-converting ad content.
Copywriting: Write engaging copy for various formats.
Short-form video: Create content for Meta, TikTok, and Reels.
Content repurposing: Adapt existing footage for new formats.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in marketing creative, performance, or social-first brand/studio teams.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
Design skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Figma.
Video editing: Ability to edit short-form content, including podcast-style clips.

Location

Remote (with requirement to move to hybrid setup in Colombo, 2 days/week).
