Contract Specialist (On Contract)

Role Summary: Part of the counterpart team of the ongoing Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project Phase II Stage 2.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Four (04) years B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying from a University recognized by the UGC.
• Corporate Membership at the level of Member (M) of the Institution of Engineering Sri Lanka (IESL) or Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) in the field of Quantity Surveying.
• Registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) of Engineering Council Sri Lanka (ECSL).
• Thorough knowledge on Contract Law and FIDIC forms of Contract.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Contract/Claims Specialist in large scale construction projects such as Hotels, Apartments, Airports, involving analyzing of various claims, dispute management and involvement in adjudication and other ADR process.
• Age limit should be below 45 years on the closing date for applications.
