Relationship Credit Executive – Corporate Credit

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business strategies in collaboration with Relationship Managers to achieve set targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain profitable business relationships while actively marketing and promoting the Bank's products and services.
• Evaluate, recommend and review credit advances.
• Prepare feasibility reports, cash flow projections and brief project reports to support credit proposals.
• Analyze financial statements and identify critical areas for decision making.
• Prepare relevant Credit Facility Papers for line management approval, ensuring comprehensive and current information on customer repayment capacity and collateral.
• Maintain overall credit portfolio quality and minimize overdue advances to prevent slippage.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational and credit guidelines.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to corporate clients to drive new business.
• Monitor daily excess (day end / after clearing) and conduct timely follow-ups where necessary.
• Conduct customer visits jointly with Relationship Managers and Branches.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years experience out of which 3 years in Credit.
• A full or part qualification in Banking / Finance.
• Sound knowledge in Credit analysis skills and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in report writing skills and good command of the English Language.
