Manager – Corporate Finance
Are you a dynamic and experienced individual looking to join an innovative team? The Manager - Corporate Finance role is crucial for business partnering, with a particular focus on the financial aspects of company's operations and will ensure that our Group is strategically and appropriately positioned with analysts, investors, and all other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with various business units to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Ensure the Group's strategic positioning with analysts, investors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports to support informed decision-making.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills in cross functional setting.
- Advanced Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint skills.
- Previous experience with investor relations will be an added advantage.
- Analytical skills to conduct basic data analysis.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Bachelor/Master's degree related to Finance/Economics/Business Management/ Statistics and/ or a recognized professional qualification in the field of Accounting or Finance.
