Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group financial reporting, annual report preparation, and external audit finalization.
- Oversee preparation of Group budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to drive climate and sustainability reporting.
- Partner with business units to strengthen financial reporting and SAP-driven finance processes.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
We're Looking For
- Member of CA Sri Lanka, CIMA or ACCA
- Master's degree will be an added advantage
- 5+ years' managerial experience in financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, hands on experience in SAP, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, financial report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
