JOB PROFILE
- Dispense prescribed medicines and consumables accurately while providing professional medication counselling and expert advice to patients.
- Perform extemporaneous preparation (compounding) in compliance with established standards.
- Ensure the availability, proper storage and expiry management of essential and life-saving medications to minimize wastage and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and pharmacy performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree, Diploma or External Pharmacist Certificate with a valid SLMC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, interpersonal and patient counselling skills.
- Good computer literacy with the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis.
