Public Relations Officer - Cosmetic Centre

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and well-presented Public Relations Officer to join our Cosmetic Centre team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle telephone, WhatsApp and walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information on Cosmetic Centre services
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients to support bookings and service conversions
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high standard of customer care
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical staff and internal departments for smooth service delivery throughout each visit
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, appointments and follow-ups
• Support promotional activities, client engagement initiatives and service awareness campaigns

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L qualification; a diploma or certificate in Public Relations, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer relations, front office, healthcare, beauty or cosmetic services is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Good command of English and Sinhala; Tamil language ability will be an added advantage
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer literacy and ability to manage digital inquiries and records
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
