Cost Accountant

The company, in its present expansion programmes, is looking for team-spirited, result-oriented individuals with passion and dynamism to fill the following vacancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university
• Full or part qualification in ACA, CIMA, ACCA or CMA
• Proven proficiency in SAP, with practical experience in accounting and cost management modules
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, management accounting, or a similar role in Manufacturing Industry
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, inventory management, cost of production, variance, KPI & overhead analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyses product and production costs
• Monitor and control manufacturing and operational costs
• Conduct cost variance analysis and investigate significant variances
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting processes and financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management
