Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations.
• Prepare subcontractor payments and final accounts.
• Assist in tender preparation and contract administration.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare project cost reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in road construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of quantity take-offs, estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
