Role Summary

Arch Engineering Design and Consultants Pvt Ltd, a well-established construction and civil engineering firm located in Kandy, is looking for hardworking, talented, and self-motivated candidates to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements

• Capable of preparing Bills of Quantities & Interim bills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Knowledge of Finished works related to building projects.
• Female candidates within the Kandy area are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing Bills of Quantities & Interim bills and analyzing construction project costs.
• Determining materials required and labor costs for construction projects.
• Conducting site visits to check on the progress of the work, identify variations, and take measurements.
• Providing cost estimates for variations, additional work, and/or revisions to the original construction plan.
