Quantity Surveyor - Levo Design

Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals with hands-on experience in Assistant Quantity Surveyor roles, including preparation of cost budgets, resource budgets & cash flows, project monitoring, handling correspondences & record keeping.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience with HNDE/NDES/NDT/NCT quantity surveying.
• Good knowledge in English (both written/oral).
• Prepare BOQ documents under the company format.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be a strong team player with great collaboration skills.
• Good planning & coordinating skills.
• Possess leadership skills.
• Good decision maker.
• Expert in task delegation.
• Well organized.
• Problem solver.
• Solid computer skills (especially MS Excel).
