Role Summary

LCMC is a world class project management & construction management consultant, delivering end to end innovative solutions to clients, undertaking services related to project management, construction management, contract management/administration, project planning and monitoring, quality assurance and control.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of practical experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in cost estimation and BOQ preparation.
  • Professional certifications such as IQSSL, AIQS, or RICS certifications are considered advantageous.
  • Profound knowledge of construction technologies, construction contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications relevant to Quantity Surveying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate the quantity and costs of essential resources, including materials, labor, and machinery.
  • Prepare necessary documentations and follow-up monthly & final billing process.
  • Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Contract Documents.
  • Analyze costs for maintenance and additional construction requirements.
  • Preparation and evaluation of variation orders.
  • Advice on Contractual methods and Tendering Procedures.
  • Implement effective budget cost control measures.
