Quantity Surveyor - Vajira House Builders (Pvt) Ltd

Role Summary

Vajira House Builders is seeking motivated candidates to join our Colombo 03 Head office. This is an office-based role (no site work) where you will manage costs for housing projects from design to completion, including record keeping and the preparation of work schedules and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• BOQ preparation for luxury houses.
• Pre-costing work with high accuracy.
• Preparation of work schedules and reports.
• General record keeping.

Requirements

• NCT or Diploma equivalent qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar capacity or at a reputed company.
• High accuracy in pre-costing work.
• Essential computer literacy.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 200,000/-
• Status: Permanent position with EPF & ETF.
