Role Summary

Spectrum International Consultants (SIC) is looking for motivated professionals to join our growing Quantity Surveying team in Sri Lanka.

Qualifications: BSc/Diploma in QS or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of comprehensive QS experience. Proven track record on large-scale Middle Eastern projects is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and finalize As-Built BOQ and Quantity Take-Offs; oversee generation of comparison sheets; participate in consultant/client review meetings; coordinate with QA/QC, Technical, and KSA QS teams.
Technical Requirements: Expertise in international standards (POMI, NRM, NRM2); high proficiency in measurement, AutoCAD, and advanced Microsoft Excel; leadership skills to mentor teams.

Qualifications: BSc/Diploma in QS or related discipline. Minimum 4–7 years of continuous experience in pre- and post-contract QS duties.
Key Responsibilities: Execute detailed Quantity Take-Offs; perform accurate Polylines, Dimension, and Numbering markups in AutoCAD; maintain complex QTO Excel sheets; quantify technical changes; assist Senior QS in drafting comparison sheets.
Technical Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; solid understanding of civil and architectural measurement principles.

Qualifications: BSc/Diploma in QS or related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying. Fresh graduates with strong academic track records are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Support the QS team in extracting quantities for As-Built BOQ; cross-reference documents (FIRs, MIRs, RFIs) to ensure site changes are captured; organize and format QTO Excel sheets.
Technical Requirements: Working proficiency in AutoCAD; strong skills in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail.
