Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Role Summary

Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Specialist to manage and optimize marketing automation initiatives, driving customer engagement, lead nurturing, and marketing performance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT, marketing technology, CRM, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and marketing automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with APIs, HTML/CSS, and basic scripting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Genuine interest in digital marketing, customer behaviour, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflows: Manage and optimize CRM workflows and design customer journey workflows.
  • Campaign & Lead Nurturing: Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns alongside an automated communication programs.
  • Prospect Management: Support prospect management and lead lifecycle processes across the business.
  • System Integrations: Maintain technical integrations between marketing platforms and various business systems.
  • Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure high data quality and strict compliance across all marketing automation activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with both sales and marketing teams to align and streamline lead management processes.
