Current Vacancies
- 1. Senior Bar Supervisor
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of beverages, inventory, and bar operations.
- 2. Barman / Barista
- Experience in bar operations or as a barista.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, coffee preparation, and presentation.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- 3. Helper / Server
- Previous experience in serving food and beverages is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 4. Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan and international cuisines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high food quality standards.
- 5. Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pastry.
- Good knowledge of baking and dessert preparation.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry.
- 6. Commis III – Pastry
- Basic experience in pastry or formal training in pastry is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and support the pastry team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- 7. Commis II – Cold Kitchen
- Basic experience in cold kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of salad preparation, plating, and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- 8. Trainee – All-Rounder
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to work in any department as required.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic.
