We're Looking For

✔ Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Customer Experience, Food & Beverage or similar customer-facing roles.

✔ Experience in a five-star hotel, luxury hospitality or premium retail environment will be a distinct advantage.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English.

✔ Impeccable grooming, professionalism and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

✔ A naturally warm personality with outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
