• Campaign & POSM Coordination: Coordinate POSM development, approvals, production, and distribution.
• Visibility Management: Track retail visibility, collect execution, and prepare reports.
• Planogram Development: Create and update GT/MT planograms and placement guidelines.
• Procurement Support Process: PRs and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors.
• Outlet Branding: Coordinate branding projects and monitor field execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Brand, Sales, suppliers, and field teams.
