Requirements

• Fluent in English & Sinhala
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive
• Higher Diploma in Customer Relations or related field

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports and manage documentation efficiently
