Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand service requirements
• Prepare job cards and explain service details
• Coordinate between customers and workshop staff
• Follow up on vehicle service progress and delivery

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and servicing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is an advantage
