Customer Service Executive
A growing multinational company engaged in the marketing of garment accessories for various retailers overseas is looking for a young, dynamic and motivated individual to be appointed in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to support and promote sales activities
- Willingness to travel and meet customers when required
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in Customer Service, Shipping, or Sales
- Experience in handling Export/Import documentation
- Sound knowledge in the Garment Industry
