Role Summary

We are hiring for the positions of Service Incharge, Service Advisor, and Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 04 years work experience in the automotive industry.
• Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Age between 27 – 40 years.
• Sound knowledge of English and Sinhala languages.

Key Responsibilities

Service Incharge & Service Advisor

• Responsible for workshop budget, plant utilization, and technician productivity/efficiency.
• Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction (maintain CSI).
• Assess employee performance and identify training and development needs.
• Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining health and safety standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of workshop operations and debtor management.
• Implement best managerial and engineering practices and maintain workshop housekeeping.

Supervisor

• Assign, supervise, and participate in major and minor mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose internal combustion engine maintenance problems.
• Maintain necessary records and reports.
• Monitor tools, equipment, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Maintain company service quality for each vehicle.
