Requirements
- Completion of GCE O/L & A/L.
- Undergraduate students or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or certification in Business, Customer Service, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and timely support.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain customer records and update systems accurately.
- Support daily customer support operations and queue management.
- Assist in preparing reports and operational updates.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
