Requirements

  • Completion of GCE O/L & A/L.
  • Undergraduate students or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma or certification in Business, Customer Service, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers by providing accurate information and timely support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain customer records and update systems accurately.
  • Support daily customer support operations and queue management.
  • Assist in preparing reports and operational updates.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
