Customs Brokerage Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CHB Executive to handle customs clearance operations and documentation for import/export shipments within our Freezone logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import/export documentation (CUSDEC, invoices, BLs, manifests)
• Handle ASYCUDA system entries and customs submissions
• Coordinate with Sri Lanka Customs, port authorities, and shipping lines
• Ensure smooth clearance of cargo in compliance with regulations
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and clients
• Support warehouse and operations teams in logistics flow

Requirements

• 3 years experience in freight forwarding / customs documentation (preferred)
• Knowledge of ASYCUDA and Sri Lanka Customs procedures
• CH Qualification is Mandatory
• Familiar with import/export logistics and port operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
