Digital Data Analyst

Role Summary
The Digital Data Analyst will play a key role in helping Greenpeace South Asia (GPSA) make informed, data-driven decisions across its digital campaigns, communications, fundraising, and wider organisational activities. The role involves analysing digital performance, maintaining accurate tracking, and translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The position also aims to strengthen GPSA's digital data maturity and support projects related to data strategy, governance, compliance, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of audience-focused data and insights to support fundraising and programme strategies.
- Improve digital performance through developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Analyse digital performance and ensure accurate tracking.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strengthen data maturity by promoting a culture of monitoring, learning, and continuous improvement (including A/B testing and improving data collection).
- Contribute to data strategy, governance, privacy, and quality standards.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Should possess 3+ years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of digital analytics and tracking tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong skills in dashboarding, reporting, data visualisation, business intelligence, and content testing.
- Ability to analyse complex, multidimensional data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in fundraising, campaign, digital marketing, or performance marketing is highly valued.

- Employment: Fixed term - 1 year, with possibility of extension
