Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in data capture, data processing, BPO, shared services, or non-financial operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or people leadership role.
- Proven exposure to foreign / international client management within an offshore or shared services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Management, IT, or a related field is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, IT, or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in operational and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work across all shifts, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for non-financial foreign operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and operational teams.
- Plan and manage shift schedules and workforce allocation to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor operational performance including volume, accuracy, quality, and turnaround times, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational and service delivery issues.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports and dashboards to management.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment coordination in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Ensure night-shift operational readiness, including transport arrangements and employee welfare compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
