Data Entry Operator (Colombo)

Role Summary

IML Delivery Systems (Pvt) Ltd (Citypak), a subsidiary of the Hayleys Advantis Group, is looking for energetic, hardworking, and result-oriented candidates for the position of Data Entry Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily internal system update within the scheduled time frame.
• Responsible for the on-time Proof of Delivery (POD) update and sorting.
• Maintaining the billing gap, following up with root causes, and emailing relevant parties.
• Following up with customers, maintaining files, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Supporting invoice generation.
• Ensuring proper scanning and traceability of packages.
• Assisting with any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 passes at GCE Advanced Level.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Candidates closer to Ingurukade (Colombo-14) are preferred.
