Associate Manager – Customer Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, or Client Relations.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, digital platforms, or customer-facing technology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational reports and customer data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to the company's factory in Horana.
