Denim Production Quality Inspector

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure our denim products meet the highest industry standards.

Location

Based in Wattala, with frequent travel to our production facility in Nattandiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections at multiple stages of denim production.
• Coordinate between Wattala head office and Nattandiya factory to ensure consistency.
• Identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and communicate feedback to production teams.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control within the apparel industry (denim experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabric inspection, stitching quality, and finishing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively between Wattala and Nattandiya.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
