Medical Services Manager (Dental)

Role Summary

The selected candidate will provide clinical and scientific support for the dental portfolio while driving product launches and business growth initiatives. The role involves conducting product training for sales and marketing teams, building strong relationships with dental professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and organizing scientific meetings and educational programs.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry, with exposure to restorative, implant, or surgical dentistry.
• Experience in the medical device, dental device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern dental procedures, technologies, and clinical practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven training and facilitation skills (workshops, seminars, product demonstrations).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to prepare scientific and educational presentations.
