Relationship Manager – Deposit Mobilization

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end deposit operations across branches.
• Drive deposit portfolio growth and customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor operational risks, controls, and compliance gaps.
• Coordinate with branches to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and customer service.
• Improve processes, systems, and operational controls.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and operational issues.
• Prepare MIS, operational reports, and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in deposit operations within a Bank or Non-Banking Financial Institution.
• Strong knowledge of deposit products, operational workflows, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
