Samagi Spice Exports (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible and results-oriented professional to manage our FMCG Finished Goods Depot in Matara.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch using FIFO/FEFO.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct daily stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate sales orders, picking, invoicing, and timely customer dispatches.
• Supervise direct sales representatives, route plans, daily targets, and sales activities.
• Monitor sales, collections, returns, damages, and replacements.
• Ensure proper depot cleanliness, security, product handling, and stock control.
• Reconcile daily stock, sales, invoices, returns, and collections.
• Prepare daily depot reports and highlight operational exceptions to management.

Applicant Profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Stores Management, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years' experience in FMCG stores, warehouse, depot, or distribution operations.
• Experience in FMCG direct sales/depot operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of stock control, FIFO/FEFO, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, coordination, numerical, and reporting skills.
