Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and managing the day-to-day business functions of the branch.
• Taking overall responsibility for the branch and showroom.
• Meeting sales targets of the branch.
• Carrying out sales promotion activities in surrounding areas.
• Achieving revenue and profit targets for ensuring timely recoveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the consumer durable retailing industry.
• Professional qualification in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
• Proven effective team management and leadership skills.
• Age between 30-45 years.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
