Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals who are willing to perform in a demanding environment for the post of Assistant Manager with a competitive remuneration package and other fringe benefits as per the Indian Bank's Norms.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- A Degree from a Local or Foreign University recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka or Associate member or passed finalist of Banking & Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka/London with 02 years post qualifying experience in a recognized Financial Institution or
- Associate Member or passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants / The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka / The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with 02 years post qualifying experience in a recognized Financial Institution
- Computer Literacy is essential and
- Age limit: Should not be more than 35 years of age as of 30.09.2026
Preference will be given to those who have:
- Banking experience in Accounts/Credit/Compliance/Treasury/Risk and IT
- Part / Full qualification in Banking and Finance (IBSL)
Selection Process
For shortlisting of candidates, Bank may conduct a written exam followed by an interview to test the proficiency in Mathematics, General Knowledge, IQ and English.
