Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with staff to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
