Role Summary

Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established steel fabrication and manufacturing company seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Factory Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily factory operations and production activities.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Monitor workforce productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance departments.
• Prepare production reports and assist management in operational planning.
• Support the Factory Manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
