Qualifications/Requirements:
- 01. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying AND A Postgraduate Degree (Masters) in the relevant field; A charter/professional qualification obtained from a recognized professional body in the relevant field.
- With at least 09 years of experience in the relevant field at a managerial level, out of which 04 years should be in a senior managerial level.
- OR 02. Chartered/Fellow Membership obtained from a recognized professional body in the relevant field.
- With at least 07 years' experience in managerial level, out of which 03 years should be in the senior managerial level.
