Key Responsibilities

• Business Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sub-region business plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Strategic Growth and Market Penetration: Drive productivity and revenue growth by targeting key market segments.
• Team Leadership and Talent Management: Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of a high-performing workforce.
• Development of Top Performers: Foster the growth of MDRT, COT, and TOT members.
• Operational and Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Sales Performance and Target Achievement: Monitor and guide teams to ensure sales targets and renewal standards are met.
• Employee and Customer Retention: Implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Market Intelligence and Competitive Strategy: Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Fully/Partly qualified in SLIM/CIM Diploma or industry-related qualification.
• 10 years' experience in Sales/Branch Manager category.
• Excellent communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil & English).
• Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
• Unblemished and continuous track record in performance.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership skills.
• Age preferably 50 years below.
