Role Summary

Mediccon Health Care (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Assistant Area Sales Manager for immediate engagement.

Location

Kandy and Kurunagala Areas

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate installations and after sales support.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regional plans.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the healthcare/biomedical industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
