DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including development, Infrastructure, quality assurance and security, to streamline processes

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer in Microservices environment
• Expert with container orchestration tools using Kubernetes & EKS
• Strong experience working with microservices-based architecture views
• Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g. Python, Shell)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for packaging, deployment and managing Kubernetes applications
• Excellent with AWS services (certifications highly desirable)
• Experience in DevOps platforms including Jenkins, TeamCity, Docker
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, Git and version control best practices
• Linux, Java, Jaws and Tomcat experience
• Experience in the Spring cloud framework would be a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
