About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Supporting paid social campaigns, including boosting, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Tracking social and digital performance and turning the numbers into useful insights and recommendations.
• Creating and editing video and animated content for social campaigns, digital advertising and in-store screens.
• Managing digital screen content and coordinating updates across multiple markets.
• Keeping online storefronts, business profiles and other digital touchpoints accurate and up to date.
• Supporting wider digital campaigns and content rollouts, while confidently managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
• A strong understanding of Meta and TikTok, with a good eye for trends.
• A hands-on, proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• A curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding what drives digital performance.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• A hardworking attitude, plenty of initiative and a desire to learn, develop and progress your career.
