Role Summary

Premier Partners Institute of Management (PPIM) is a leading provider of professional accounting and finance education and the only Platinum Approved Learning Partner (ALP) for ACCA in Sri Lanka. We are seeking an efficient IT Associate to join our Colombo team to oversee our digital learning infrastructure and lecture delivery backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the post-production of lecture recordings, optimizing audio and visual quality.
• Oversee backend operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring course materials and videos are systematically organized.
• Monitor and document lecture schedules, recording durations, and faculty teaching hours for institutional tracking and compliance.
• Deliver prompt, basic troubleshooting assistance for students and faculty regarding platform access or media issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software is a plus (training provided for candidates without prior experience).
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for managing media timelines and data logs.
• Target-driven, resilient personality with a customer-centric approach.
• Technical familiarity with digital media formats, file compression, and web-based infrastructure.
