Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a hands on Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to plan, coordinate and deliver digital marketing activities across our portfolio of hospitality brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate agreed marketing strategies into clear digital plans and campaigns.
• Oversee social media and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Coordinate digital campaigns across relevant teams, ensuring briefs, offers and timelines are aligned.
• Lead content production, from developing creative briefs to coordinating property shoots.
• Monitor digital performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Guide the digital marketing team, manage workloads and ensure quality and timely delivery.

REQUIRED

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including campaign and team coordination.
• Proven ability to manage social media, content, websites and digital campaigns.
• Strong English copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.

PREFERRED

• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or real estate marketing.
• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and content management tools.
