Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and performance-focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives and elevate our brand presence across all online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Oversee website management, digital content, and brand consistency across all online channels.
• Lead the digital marketing team including content creators, designers, and analysts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage creative production pipelines and maintain campaign launch schedules.
• Implement marketing automation, analytics tools, and new digital technologies.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build partnerships and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
